FAITH ROOM

“ What Would You Rather Call It?”

Pressure isn’t always negative, sometimes it just makes flexible those who are rigid. A great deal of people only give excuses because they don’t want to see the possible good there is to Mr. Pressure. Which in most cases is simply based on how they perceive him. So they tag pressure an evil agent. Laughs.

The thing is, It’s really the way we choose to see it and what we prefer to call it.

Pressure becomes what you see it as or what you perceive it to be. And until you see it as pressure; it’s just another life factor or added life’s ingredient that could either be useful or destructive. Depending on your approach towards it.
The bible says, “under pressure, our faith-life is forced into the open and shows its true colors.”
That’s a good thing, isn’t it? I bet it is.

And it further says, “so don’t try to get out of anything prematurely. Let it do its work so you become mature and well-developed, not deficient in any way.”

The well developed maturity part becomes our reality when we allow the full procedure to run its course. It’s that easy, no special magic.
Over anything else, I’ll take the bible’s interpretation of a word, any day, whatever time. Based on that, pressure could be a beneficial factor. So I call pressure a check mate agent.

There are those who are willing to accept the challenge heads on and those who will hide for whatsoever reason. We simply must choose in which group we are.
Do we desire to advance greatly in life? I guess the time is about right to start appreciating things differently; including pressure.

We should get to that point already; where we appreciate pressure and view it as a positive trigger@ test of everything that could be tested, with intense hope that it’s for the better and for a solid-mature life, producing great results. * wink.
